How to handle expired session transactions

To address a stalled payment through the Copperx payment gateway, you require two essential pieces of information:

  1. The checkout session ID.

  2. The transaction hash.

There is two ways to reprocess

  1. Once you have these details, navigate to{replace-your-checkout-session-id}, where you'll find a 'Reprocess payments' button. Click on it, and a modal will pop up.

  2. Additionally, you have the option to reprocess payments directly from the listing page. Simply enter checkout session ID in the search box, then click on the vertical dots menu icon and select the option to reprocess the payment

Select the appropriate Network, input the transaction hash, and proceed with the reprocessing.
